Catalyst  Health and Fitness is furnished with the latest cardiovascular and weight training equipment and provides a convenient , inviting space to work out in.  Catalyst offers a number of training and health programs tailored to suit individual needs and goals , catering to all levels of fitness from beginners to seasoned fitness enthusiasts and from youth to senior citizens. Led by new owner Kostas Hatzikostas,  a team of qualified fitness professionals will provide guidance including customized fitness programs, nutrition advice and supervision to maximize the positive effects of each of their client’s workouts.   The center has a separate area where they hold a full schedule of group classes including boot camps, zumba and spinning  to help clients achieve their personal goals of health and fitness.
